ORDERING AND OFFERINGS
Orders may be placed either through our certified, secured and encrypted shopping cart on our website or through our Customer Service Department at 833-258-4546. By placing an order with Office Bandit, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that Office Bandit is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by Office Bandit.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Office Bandit Offerings available on the Website. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Office Bandit Offerings will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All Office Bandit Offerings are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that Office Bandit Offerings will be in stock. Certain Office Bandit Offerings may be available exclusively online through the website. TERMS
Payment is due before shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Dealers, resellers, and government and educational institutions may apply for payment terms other than prepaid. These terms will be determined based on overall credit history and financial ability to pay for all goods purchased. Please allow 10-15 business days for application processing. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on "hold" status until the amount over the limit is paid.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the Office Bandit Offerings made via the Website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in USD.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
In the event that your account is sent for collection, you will be obligated to pay the full balance of your account, plus interest thereon, at the highest rate permitted by law, together with all reasonable attorney’s fees, collection fees and related expenses incurred by Office Bandit. The venue for all court hearings and litigation will be in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
ACCURACY
Office Bandit attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the website is accurate, complete, or current. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Office Bandit shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
